If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.

Inside Our Mobile Application, in order to allow users to use certain features, the app might need to access device hardware accessories, or the user needs to provide personal information.
In any case, Our Mobile Application DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY collect the user's personal information without their approval or without having them to manually provide them.

Device Camera usage is required to activate Augmented Reality.
Augmented Reality is used in order to virtually place Our furniture inside your home.
Before accessing your Device Camera, iOS and Android request explicit consent to utilize the camera inside the App.
Users can also deny access to Device Camera, in that case the app won’t be able to initialize the Camera Feed, which also disables Augmented Reality.
Our App DOES NOT save any Camera Frame or Environment information, neither locally nor remotely.
Our App DOES NOT share any Camera Frame or Environment information with Our services, nor with other third parties.
Our App DOES NOT retain any Camera Frame or Environment information during sessions neither locally nor remotely.
Device Gallery usage is optionally required to save screenshots to the user's Device Gallery.
Saving Screenshots is a manual process explicitly triggered by the user.
Before accessing your Device Gallery, iOS and Android request explicit consent to access the Gallery inside the App.
Users can also deny access to Device Gallery, in that case the app won’t be able to save the Screenshots.
Our App DOES NOT automatically Save/Share screenshots.
Our App Screenshot Gallery Saving process is restricted to the local user device environment.
Inside our App users can send Antichità Sacco Luciano enquiries email.
To trigger this process iOS and Android provide access to Native user-interfaces email sheets.
Using Native email sheets might also automatically fill the user email address.
Our App DOES NOT access the user email address.
User’s' email address usage is restricted to the Native iOS and Android user-interfaces.
In any case, the user needs to manually send the email to Antichità Sacco Luciano.
If the email is discarded no email address will be saved, shared or retained by Us or by any Third-Party.
In any case user email addresses won’t be shared to Third-Party.
Inside our App users can call Antichità Sacco Luciano to request information.
To trigger this process iOS and Android provide access to Native user-interfaces phone call API’s.
By manually calling Antichità Sacco Luciano, user’s phone numbers might become visible to Us.
In any case, the user needs to manually confirm the calling action beforehand.
In any case, users phone numbers will be saved strictly to complete the enquiries.
Antichità Sacco Luciano won’t share or retain phone numbers with any third parties.
Inside our App users can manually share screenshots that they explicitly made, using iOS and Android Native user-interface share sheets.
This process can only be triggered manually, Our App DOES NOT automatically Share/Save screenshots at any time.
In order for this action to occur the app might access personal information. This process only exposes information inside the Native user interface.
No personal information will be saved, shared, retained by Us or any Third-Party for this process.
In any case, the user is the sole responsible for the sharing actions, and any results that might affect him or other third parties.
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18.
If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Mobile Application. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Mobile Application and Services, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our Services.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Mobile Application and Services without their permission. We also ask that all parents and legal guardians overseeing the care of children take the necessary precautions to ensure that their children are instructed to never give out Personal Information when online without their permission.
We will retain and use any Personal Information for the period necessary to respond to your enquiry, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law up to a maximum of 12 months.
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Personal Information in our control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.
In the event we become aware that the security of the Application has been compromised or Users’ Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the User as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we do, we will send you an email.
